Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: Transfer to Volcanoes NP.

Your tour guide will pick you from the airport on arrival or Hotel in
Kigali and take you for city tour. Visit the genocide memorial, Nyamata
church, local markets among others. You will then drive northwards to
Volcanoes National park. You will enjoy a spectacular scenic view en
route
of the Virunga Mountains. Dinner and overnight stay at Five Volcanoes
hotel/ Mountain Gorilla View Lodge (Luxury)/ Davinci Lodge/ Gorilla
Solution lodge(Deluxe)/ Muhabura Hotel (Budget).

Day 2: Golden monkey tracking and transfer to Bwindi NP.

In the morning, you will assemble at the park headquarters for briefing
and later proceed for golden monkey tracking. On return, you will setoff
to Bwindi impenetrable forest in Uganda for a gorilla trek the next day.
Dinner and overnight at Trekkers’ Tavern Cottages (budget)/Bakiga Lodge/
L. Mulehe Safari lodge (deluxe)/Four Gorillas lodge (luxury).

DAY 3: Gorilla Tracking Adventure and cultural walk.

Take your early breakfast and head to the park headquarters for briefing
before entering the tropical forest. You will spend a maximum of one
hour
taking observations; photographs and watching them feed or play around.
In
the evening, you may go for a community walk to the neighboring
village.
Dinner and overnight stay at Trekkers’ Tavern cottage (budget)/Bakiga
Lodge
(deluxe)/Four Gorillas lodge/ Mahogany Springs (luxury).

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Set off in the morning to Q.E.N.P, enter the park while game viewing.
You
shall go through the Ishasha sector of the park where you find rare
wildlife behavior of Lions that intentionally climb trees to relax and
do
surveillance on their territory and possible prey. Proceed to kazinga
channel for afternoon boat cruise. In the evening, go for game drives.
Dinner and overnight at Mazike lodge / Katara lodge(luxury) /Park
View Lodge(deluxe)/ Enganzi lodge (budget).

Day 5: Game drive and transfer to Kibale Forest NP.

In the morning, you will go for more game drives to catch up with early
risers before returning to their hiding places. You will encounter game
as
lions, hyenas, bushbucks, elephants among others. Return to the lodge
for
a late breakfast, and drive to Kibale Forest NP. Dinner and overnight at
Primates Lodge(Luxury)/ Turaco Tree tops(deluxe)/Chimpanzee guest
House(budget).

Day 6: Chimpanzee tracking and transfer to L. Mburo NP.

Have an early breakfast and drive to the park headquarters, for briefing
and later embark on chimpanzee tracking. The trek may reward you with
sights of other primates like Colobus Monkeys, Vervet, red-tailed
monkeys, the Grey Cheeked Mangabeys, Olive Baboons, and over 350 bird
species. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to L. Mburo NP.
Overnight at Mihingo lodge (luxury)/ Rwakobo Rock lodge (deluxe)/ Mpogo
lodge (budget)

Day 7: Game drive and transfer to Kampala.

In the morning after an early breakfast, go for a game drive to see a
variety of wildlife species including giraffes, impalas and zebras among
others. On return, transfer to
Entebbe or Kampala.
